I can’t believe its already been a whole week since I started Medifast! I did my weekly weigh in this morning and lost 5.6 pounds! I’m having really good results so far which is keeping me very motivated but I have to admit its been a bit of a struggle!
There’s been a few times when I still get cravings, and I ended up cheating at the movies this week. I couldn’t resist the popcorn, but hey better popcorn that some chili cheese nachos! So this week I’ve come up with a few tips for staying motivated in losing weight for those of you who are on this journey with me or just happen to stumble on my blog.
1. Set small goals – When you have a lot of weight to loss it can be a bit intimidating to look at it as a whole. Losing 50 pounds in month is definitely not realistic so try setting smaller goals 5-6 pounds. You can celebrate small victories and it will keep you motivated to keep going everytime you reach a goal.
