A lot of you know I’ve really been struggling with my weight over the past year, but I’ve had little success with actually losing and keeping it off. Okay, I’m going to be honest – I have really, really bad eating habits, and I’ve been incredibly lazy.
BUT, a few weeks ago, I decided that I really had to do something about my weight. The reason? Well…I’m really just tired of being overweight. I started going to the gym and eating “healthier” and kind of got discouraged with not being able to find a good routine. I searched around the internet and found a program called Medifast. I heard both negative and postive reviews about it and decided to go in to one of our local Medifast centers.
A lot of people have opted for online ordering and doing the program online but I’m the kind of person who’s better with personal coaching. If I know I have to go to weigh ins every Thursday it makes me feel accountable and I get a lot more focused than I would if I was doing it alone.
My Weight Loss Goals
Starting Weight: 179 Pounds
Goal Weight: 125 Pounds
My ultimate goal is to get to 125 pounds, that would be beautiful. I’m going to be realistic, losing 54 pounds is NOT easy. I know it will be difficult getting there but this time I’m completely determined.
Me and Cris have been debating on adding a new member to our family, since he moved in. His family had an adorable little Yorkie and I left behind my little Chanel. We finally decided on a Golden Retriever since we both love big dogs. So, let me formally introduce you to our English Golden Teemo!
Isn’t he the cutest dog ever? We’ve already starting him on puppy training at Petco – which is pretty interesting since he’s turned out to be such a lazy dog so far. While the other dogs are running around he’s literally sleeping on the floor. Hopefully he gets to be more social over the next few weeks. Don’t forget to watch our daily vlogs on our Youtube!
Petco Dog Training
This 6-week introductory group class focuses on socialization and is designed to teach your puppy all the basics including “Sit,” “Walk on a Loose Leash” and “Come When Called”. This dog training class also covers problem-solving ideas for potty training, chewing, teething, digging and more.
Mud races have become increasingly popular in Florida over the past couple of years. One of my YouTube friends (JWatsonTV) got me really pumped about the savage race and I got even more excited when I found out about Pretty Muddy! Pretty Muddy is a mud run with lots of obstacles just for women! I will be at the Tampa event on December 07, 2013! Hope to see you there!
Currently Pretty Muddy has events in Taxes, California, Illinois, Ohio, Virginia, Georgia, and Florida! To find an event in your area check out this page.
