A lot of you know I’ve really been struggling with my weight over the past year, but I’ve had little success with actually losing and keeping it off. Okay, I’m going to be honest – I have really, really bad eating habits, and I’ve been incredibly lazy.
BUT, a few weeks ago, I decided that I really had to do something about my weight. The reason? Well…I’m really just tired of being overweight. I started going to the gym and eating “healthier” and kind of got discouraged with not being able to find a good routine. I searched around the internet and found a program called Medifast. I heard both negative and postive reviews about it and decided to go in to one of our local Medifast centers.
A lot of people have opted for online ordering and doing the program online but I’m the kind of person who’s better with personal coaching. If I know I have to go to weigh ins every Thursday it makes me feel accountable and I get a lot more focused than I would if I was doing it alone.
My Weight Loss Goals
Starting Weight: 179 Pounds
Goal Weight: 125 Pounds
My ultimate goal is to get to 125 pounds, that would be beautiful. I’m going to be realistic, losing 54 pounds is NOT easy. I know it will be difficult getting there but this time I’m completely determined.
